Couscous spices
Add a bouquet of fresh coriander and your couscous will be as good as the one you ate in Casablanca.
You'll find authentic Moroccan flavours in this spice blend, with paprika, mild Moroccan chillies, ginger, mint, allspice, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon and a generous amount of saffron. Use in meat or vegetable couscous, of course, but also in any simmered or braised dish to which you want to add a touch of Moroccan flavor. Delicious rubbed on a piece of lamb!
