When you place your order online on our website, a tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. You will be able to easily track your order!

Shipping time
Normally, all products posted online as being available are. However, it can unfortunately happen that an inventory error slips through our hands. In this case, we will contact you to see how we can satisfy you as soon as possible!
Normally, orders are sent out Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend are usually processed early the following week. We allow 1-4 business days to pack and ship your order.
Once your package is on its way, we unfortunately have no control over the delivery time. We use expedited Canada Post services for all orders shipped within Canada. It's usually pretty fast!

Shipping is FREE for all orders of 150.00$ CAD and more to Quebec.
Shipping is 13.99$ CAD.
A shipping fee of 13.99$ CAD is charged on orders under 125.00$ CAD to Quebec.
Delivery to other Canadian provinces.
A flat shipping fee of 13.99$ CAD is charged on orders shipped to other Canadian provinces outside of Quebec (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon).
Delivery in the United States
A flat shipping fee of 34.99$ CAD is charged on orders shipped to the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping is available, however, you must contact us by email so that we can determine the shipping cost to your country!

Track the shipment of your order
When your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email so that you can follow your package in real time. Allow 24 hours between receiving your tracking number and the update of the data at the carrier.
Due to the high volume of packages in circulation, we unfortunately cannot provide you with details regarding delivery times once your order is in the hands of the carrier. However, you can check the status of your delivery using your tracking number with the carrier.
Wrong address
Our carrier will attempt to deliver all packages. However, if they are unable to deliver the item, the package will be returned to the original address listed on the shipping label.
