Classic Rub
The perfect blend for all types of grilling. Fragrant and barely spicy.
Rub is a mixture of spices with a little salt that is rubbed onto a piece of meat before grilling. The salt in this type of mixture plays a key role: it allows the spices to stick to the surface of the meat. This technique is also known as "dry marinating".
This classic rub enhances the flavor of poultry, pork and lamb. It can be used to flavor ribs, chicken kebabs, steaks or beef flank steak. It's also an excellent spice blend for grilled fish or seafood.
Ingredients: mustard, paprika, black pepper, chili pepper, coriander, celery seed, salt, garlic, thyme.
