Lemon pepper blend
A blend of green, black, Sichuan and andaliman peppercorns, with a touch of lemongrass.
This fragrant, biting blend is the brainchild of Ethné from Épices de Cru. She wanted to marry a classic pepper with her new favorite, Andaliman pepper. This small Indonesian pepper, with its rich citrus fragrance, was first combined with our finest green and black peppers. We then added just the right amount of Sichuan pepper and lemongrass, and we're very proud of the result. Use with fish and seafood, of course, but also in poultry dishes, vinaigrettes... anywhere you'd use lemon!
