Vegetable spices
Épices de crus developed this blend almost 30 years ago, when they were caterers. Before long, their cooks had adopted it and dubbed it "the chef's magic powder", because it spiced up more than just vegetables. It quickly became the spice to add to any dish that was missing a little something.
This blend discreetly spices up most dishes and goes well with the vast majority of spices. It can also be used in combination with other spice blends to enhance flavor. Great in soups and braised or grilled vegetable dishes, it's also one of our favorite blends with white fish.
Ingredients: fennel, coriander, thyme, oregano, white pepper, rosemary, yellow mustard, hot pepper, onion.
