Sri Lankan Red Curry
A unique hot curry! Very different from its Indian and Thai cousins.
Unlike many Indian curries or masalas, Sri Lankan Red Curry contains no turmeric. Its flavor is derived from roasted red hot chilies and spices. Sri Lankan Red Curry pairs well with coconut milk, which helps to round out its pungency. An all-purpose curry for fish, meat, vegetables and poultry.
Ingredients: coriander, black pepper, chili, cumin, cardamom, cloves.
