This unique BBQ blend of 21 spices evolved over the years as a result of the many staff meals that we cook for each other. Staff BBQ combines the flavors of New Orleans, Yunnan and the fragrance of Provence. Bold and surprising, this unique blend can be used as a dry rub or marinade for any grilled meat or poultry. Try on grilled vegetables too.
