What should I do if my product is broken when it arrives?
Our team is committed to packing your packages with the utmost care, however, sometimes packages meet an unfortunate fate. If you have received a damaged package with a broken item, we invite you to contact us by email or phone.
In this case, we will need the following information to open an investigation with our carrier:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Photo of the product and the damaged packaging
Following the investigation with the carrier and the approval of the claim, we will be able to send you a new item as soon as possible.
