Steak Rub
A blend including our famous eight pepper blend and other Montreal steak spices. Excellent rub for red meat prior to grilling.
Inspired from Montreal’s classic steak spice blends. Our version also combines a hint of true brown chipotle, giving a natural smokiness to your steaks. Steak Rub is also delicious on chicken and pork.
Ingredients: onion, mustard, black pepper, white pepper, long pepper, cubeb, green pepper, allspice, Sichuan pepper, coriander, salt, chipotle chile, garlic.
