The result is intriguing, allowing us to fully appreciate and explore the qualities of each of these grand cru peppercorns, which are at once aromatic, woodsy and fruity. The audacity of the hotter peppers is the first to manifest itself, followed by the rich perfumes of the more mature corns. The fragrance and heat of the companion peppercorns in the blend persist, allowing the taste to linger lazily on the tongue.
